Neuva AI provides a digital online service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

• Plans and credits are activated in your account immediately after successful payment.
• Generated content (question papers, answer keys, quizzes, worksheets, presentations) is delivered on screen and as downloadable files inside the app.
• If your plan or credits are not active within 1 hour of a successful payment, please email [email protected] or call +91 97591 15656 with your payment details and we will resolve it.
