Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Neuva AI. By creating an account or using https://neuvaai.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Neuva AI is an AI-powered platform that helps teachers and schools create educational material such as question papers, answer keys, quizzes, worksheets and presentations. It also offers a Teacher Recruitment Marketplace and a Skill Marketplace.

Neuva AI is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CBSE, NCERT or any government or regulatory body.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
  • One account is for one person. Sharing an account or login is not allowed. We may log out other devices, flag suspected sharing, or suspend accounts that are shared.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.

3. Free trial, plans and credits

  • New accounts may receive a free trial with limited credits, as shown on the Pricing page.
  • Paid plans are one-time purchases valid for the period you choose: 1 month (30 days), 6 months (180 days) or 12 months (360 days). They do not renew automatically. You are not charged again unless you buy again.
  • Each tool uses a set number of credits, shown in the app before you generate. If a generation fails because of an error on our side, the credits are returned.
  • Plan credits are given for each 30-day period of your plan, including on 6-month and 12-month plans (they are not given all at once). They reset at the end of each 30-day period and unused plan credits do not carry forward.
  • Each plan includes a number of teaching subjects and keeps your saved history for a number of days, as shown on the Pricing page (school accounts: 365 days; Enterprise: 1 year, counted back from today), based on your current plan. After that, history is permanently deleted, including any files stored with it. Neuva AI does not keep backups. We show a warning in History and send an email 3 days before items are deleted, so you can download what you need.
  • Top-up credits are used after your plan credits, carry forward across renewals, and can be used only while a plan is active.
  • Prices, credits and plan features are as shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. We may change them for future purchases.

4. AI-generated content

  • Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes, including incorrect answers, facts or formatting. You must review and check all content before using it with students or in any examination.
  • You are responsible for how you use the generated content.
  • Teachers choose their teaching subjects once, up to their plan's subject limit, and the AI tools work only for those subjects. Chosen subjects are locked: to change one, send a change request from your profile (or contact support), which Neuva AI reviews. A school you have joined on Neuva AI can also set your subjects.
  • Subject to these Terms, you may use the content you generate for your teaching and your institution's educational purposes.

5. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the notes, files and material you upload.
  • You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload, and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.
  • You give us permission to process your content only to provide the Service to you.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, hateful, or misleading;
  • try to hack, overload, scrape or copy the Service, or bypass credits, limits or payments;
  • use the Service mainly for purposes unrelated to education;
  • post false, spam or abusive content in the Marketplace;
  • create multiple accounts to get extra free credits.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

7. Marketplace

  • Neuva AI only provides a platform where schools and teachers can connect. We are not an employer, recruitment agency or party to any agreement between users.
  • We do not verify every job post, qualification or listing. Users must check details, credentials and terms themselves before hiring, working or making any payment to each other.
  • We are not responsible for any dispute, payment, conduct or outcome between users. We may remove posts or ban users from the Marketplace at our discretion.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or pause features for maintenance or improvement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Neuva AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, marks, results, income or reputation, arising from use of the Service or its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for important changes, inform you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
