Who it's for

Class teachers and exam in-charges who prepare half-yearly and annual report cards for CBSE schools.

What you get

  • Your school's format

School name, address, affiliation details, logos, exam title and signatures, saved as a template for each class group.

  • Ready column formats

PT, Attendance, Subject Enrichment, Portfolio, Project and exam columns: four ready formats or your own. Totals are added up for you.

  • Grades you can trust

Percentages and CBSE grades come from the same calculation as your result sheet, with the grading scale printed on the card.

  • Checks before printing

Missing marks, marks above the maximum and totals that don't match are shown in plain words before you download.

Frequently asked questions

Is the report card maker free?

Yes. It uses no AI and no credits. Paid plans add more classes, school logos, the co-scholastic part and a ZIP of separate files.

Do I type the marks again?

No. The marks, totals, percentages and grades come from your Marks Register class, so the card always matches the result sheet.

Can one subject have different maximum marks?

Yes. If an exam gives a subject other maximum marks (for example 86), the card shows that subject's own total, so its percentage and grade are clear.

Does it fit on one page?

Yes. Each student gets one A4 page, also with many subjects or long names.
